Orange Islands Access
Unlocks travel between the Orange Islands and Johto. All you need is a key found on the Cianwood beach, which you hand to Captain Frederic.

Steps
- Go to Cianwood, in Johto, and talk to Captain Frederic on the south beach.
- Look for the Boarding Key in a rusty chest on the Cianwood beach.
- Hand the Boarding Key to Captain Frederic.
- You can now travel to the Orange Islands: fly to the island you want with a Pokémon that has Fly.
After the quest
How to fly: Fly, Surf and Ride. On each island, talk to the Nurse at the Pokémon Center to register it for Teleport: Mandarin South, Shamouti, Tangelo, Navel, Mandarin and Brutebull are Teleport destinations.

- In the Orange Islands, party experience is shared between players up to 30 levels apart; in Kanto and Johto, up to 15.
